(Sept. 6, 2015)-Karen Escobedo captured the 2015 University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Lid Lifter individual title in a time of 18:59.49 to lead the Lady Bears to a second-place finish in the season opener at the UMES cross country course in Princess Anne, Md. Jada Boyd would place second for Morgan State in a time of 19:53.40.
